Our goal for The Refinery is that it, well, refines all of us - taking us through a process that helps us to come out better in the end and transforms us into the best people that we can be! The best in our businesses, our teams, and our personal lives; all the way down to our heart and soul.

Just 2.5 years after getting started with essential oils and Young Living, we achieved the highest rank in the company: Royal Crown Diamond. It happened because of our team. Our Story
Let me catch you up to speed. As soon as my oils arrived, I told my friends about them. Three years later, I haven't stopped talking about them. One thing led to the next, and now my husband Zach and I lead a team of over 53,000 families who are using oils in their everyday lives, for quite literally everything. (And yes, 53,000 seems like a fake, insane number to us too!)....
